– Diligently record and report daily delivery metrics into our database system.
– Efficiently schedule delivery times and collect food packages following given instructions.
– Guarantee timely and flawless delivery of packages.
– Maintain active communication with route dispatchers through the Viewpoint Foundation Logistics Team to ensure seamless deliveries.
– Confirm that deliveries match orders and obtain recipients’ confirmations upon delivery.

We are looking for someone who can handle multiple communication channels (namely, phone, email and chat) and possess strong problem-solving skills.
As a customer Service Assistant, you will be expected to:
– Promptly and accurately respond to customer inquiries.
– Identify customer needs and guide customers in using specific features of our website.
– Handle product-related issues such as order and delivery complications, updating information as needed, and troubleshooting payment queries.
– Maintain an updated internal database comprising technical issues and relevant discussions with customers.
– Share customer feature requests and propose effective solutions to the team.
Follow up with customers to confirm the resolution of their queries.
– Collect customer feedback and share this information with our Project Delivery team.

– Overseeing the loading and offloading of all goods arriving at and leaving the storage area.
– Safely transporting items into designated storage areas and verify order accuracy.
– Ensuring that outgoing orders contain correct items and secure shipments to avoid shifting during transport.
– Inspecting packages before and after loading for quality assurance.
– Documenting any package defects or damages and report them to management.
– Effectively handling a variety of items and load them onto various vehicles.
– Regularly lifting heavy items by hand or with the assistance of machinery like hand pallet trucks.
– Rigorously recording daily work including shipment times, items sent or received, warehouse inventory, product quality issues, changes to scheduled shipments and any concerns that need management attention.
– Strictly adhering to safety protocols and use safety equipment like fluorescent vests and work gloves to prevent injuries.

Requirements:
– Physically capable of lifting heavy packages.
– Attention to detail to maintain records and spot package defects.
– Good understanding and commitment to health and safety regulations.
– Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
